Get ready to pause, realign, and reset—registration is now open for SYNC. Festival 2025, Singapore’s first community wellness festival inspired by the seven types of rest and a commitment to sustainable living.
Organised by Tzu Chi Foundation (Singapore), this inaugural half-day festival is set to take place on Sunday, 6 July 2025, at the Tzu Chi Humanistic Youth Centre in Yishun, bringing together wellness seekers, families, youth, and eco-conscious changemakers for a rejuvenating morning of movement, mindfulness, and community bonding.
Reconnect with yourself, your loved ones, and the natural world during a relaxing 3km walk through the scenic Yishun heartlands. Open to participants aged 3 and above, this family-friendly walk invites you to slow down and soak in the serenity of the outdoors.
Young adults aged 21 to 30 can gear up for a high-energy challenge at seven interactive stations—each inspired by a different form of rest and designed to stretch the body, mind, and spirit in creative ways.
Exclusively for registered participants of Fam Walk and Youth Quest, the SYNC. Village features a curated lineup of immersive wellness experiences that explore the seven types of rest, from sensory stillness to creative renewal.
In response to rising stress levels and eco-anxiety, SYNC. Festival offers a timely opportunity to discover holistic rest, build community connections, and explore sustainable ways of living—all in a single morning of intentional engagement.
