Marina Bay Sands has officially completed its largest hotel transformation to date, unveiling a fully renovated portfolio of approximately 1,850 rooms, including 775 luxury suites—a dramatic expansion from just 180 prior to the revamp. This milestone marks a defining chapter in the resort’s US$1.75 billion reinvestment programme, launched in 2022, and comes on the heels of two major celebrations: its 500 millionth visitor and 15th anniversary.
Central to the transformation is the refreshed Sands Collection, featuring around 1,480 rooms and suites tailored to a variety of guest experiences. Designed as an urban sanctuary, it includes the elegant Sands Premier Room and the spacious Sands Family Suite, ideal for multigenerational travel. A dedicated Premium Services team ensures a seamless, high-touch experience for select guests from arrival to departure.
Elevating its luxury offering, Marina Bay Sands introduces the Paiza Collection, comprising around 370 of the resort’s most exclusive suites. These include:
Guests of the Paiza Collection enjoy 24/7 attention from a 160-member Butler Services team, one of the largest butler teams globally, offering an unmatched standard of bespoke service.
With room renovations now complete, Marina Bay Sands is set to unveil more upgrades. Coming in July is Jin Ting Wan, a new, in-house Cantonese dining concept. Later this year, LAVO Italian Restaurant & Rooftop Bar will also undergo refurbishment. Guests can also look forward to enhanced lobby experiences and an all-new luxury spa, with further details to be revealed soon.
