Emirates has officially opened its first Emirates World retail store in Singapore, marking a new chapter in the airline’s customer experience strategy and reinforcing its commitment to Southeast Asia. Located at Odeon 333, just across from the iconic Raffles Hotel, the store blends travel expertise, cutting-edge technology, and luxurious design to bring the airline’s award-winning service closer to its customers.
The store was inaugurated by Emirates Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer Mr. Adnan Kazim, alongside Mr. Ahmed AlKetbi from the UAE Embassy in Singapore and Mr. Lim Ching Kiat of Changi Airport Group. The ceremony was attended by key figures from the travel trade, media, and Emirates management.
Spanning over 330 square meters, the Emirates World store features a sleek, lounge-inspired interior with open-plan layouts, UAE’s Ghaf Tree motifs, and Emirates’ signature contemporary palette. Customers can receive personalized travel planning from expert consultants, access exclusive fares, and explore interactive installations, including the airline’s signature First Class Private Suite — a highlight available exclusively at the Singapore location.
The store also introduces unique experiential touches, such as a ‘selfie mirror’ with scenic backdrops, and a curated selection of upcycled Emirates products including travel pouches and document holders, reinforcing the airline’s sustainability efforts. Guests are welcomed with freshly brewed coffee, reflecting Emirates’ hallmark hospitality on the ground.
This launch reflects Emirates’ evolving retail strategy, which prioritizes personalisation, accessibility, and the human touch in travel planning. The move comes as Emirates celebrates 35 years of connecting Singapore to the world, currently operating four daily flights to Dubai and beyond, plus a daily flight to Phnom Penh.
