Get ready for a unique treat as Ajinomoto Co., Inc., a leading Japanese food and biotechnology giant, introduces its innovative food truck concept in Singapore under the brand Atlr.72 (Atelier Seventy Two). Launching on 28 March 2025, the Atlr.72 food truck will debut its one-of-a-kind “Flowering Ice Cream” at various locations across the island, starting with Bugis Junction Fountain Square.
From 28 March to 16 April 2025, head to Bugis Junction Fountain Square, Level 1, and indulge in three delightful flavors of “Flowering Ice Cream” that celebrate nature and sustainability:
Each cup is artistically adorned with vibrant 3D cookies shaped like flowers and birds, symbolizing Atlr.72’s vision of preserving nature and the planet for future generations. The ice cream’s sunny yellow hue, derived from Solein’s natural carotenoids (an innovative protein developed in partnership with Finnish startup Solar Foods), reflects this eco-conscious ethos.
This roving food truck will tour other central locations around Singapore after its stint at Bugis Junction, with details to be announced on Atlr.72’s Instagram (@atlr.72_sg_official).
From 28 March, double scoop purchases (SGD 13) come with a chance to win a stunning limited-edition parasol designed by Atlr.72 in a special lucky draw.
Atlr.72 has exciting plans to open a flagship store, expanding its offerings from delightful sweets to everyday food options, all while championing sustainability. With this vision, the brand aims to deliver enjoyable food experiences that promote a healthier, greener future for people and the planet.
