Prudential Launches Exclusive Wealth Suite for High Net Worth Clients

Prudential Singapore has unveiled the Prudential Wealth Suite, a bespoke space designed to cater to the growing high net worth (HNW) segment in Singapore. Officially opened on March 17, 2025, the Wealth Suite is located within the newly renovated customer service center at Prudential Tower in Raffles Place.

Prudential Singapore has recently launched the Prudential Wealth Suite, an exclusive space for the life insurer’s Private Client Advisors such as Danny Susanto, Senior Executive Wealth Director, Prudential Financial Advisors Singapore (left) and Peiyi Tang, Master Financial Consultant, Prudential Singapore (middle), to serve the insurer’s expanding pool of high net worth customers.

This exclusive space offers a private, by-appointment-only environment where HNW clients can meet with Private Client Advisors (PCAs) to discuss personalized wealth and financial planning needs. The launch reflects Prudential’s commitment to supporting the unique requirements of its HNW clientele amid a rising demand for comprehensive wealth management solutions in Singapore.

Addressing the Needs of an Expanding HNW Market

Prudential’s HNW business has seen significant growth, with a 16% increase in the number of HNW clients and a 40% rise in sales between 2023 and 2024. This growth aligns with Singapore’s position as a global financial hub and projections of the millionaire population in Asia more than doubling by 2030, from 10 million in 2022 to 22 million.

The Wealth Suite offers tailored services for HNW clients, including consultations with in-house advisors and access to an external panel of experts specializing in tax and business advisory, legal and estate planning, fiduciary services, family office advisory, and legacy giving. Clients can also explore wealth accumulation and legacy planning solutions, including Prudential’s latest offering, PRUVantage Legacy Index, an indexed universal life insurance product for protection and legacy planning.

HNW clients benefit from exclusive privileges such as swift underwriting, priority service, and VIP medical services, ensuring a seamless experience.

A Growing Team of Experts

Prudential’s dedicated PCA team has expanded significantly since its inception in 2018, growing from 60 to over 380 highly trained advisors. Stringent qualification criteria ensure PCAs are well-equipped to meet the complex financial needs of HNW clients. Advisors must be Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) qualifiers with at least three years of industry experience.

To further enhance their expertise, PCAs undergo professional development programs at the Wealth Management Institute (WMI), gaining skills in asset protection, liquidity planning, and wealth preservation.

A Sustainable and Accessible Customer Service Center

The Wealth Suite is part of Prudential’s redesigned customer service center (CSC) at Prudential Tower, which spans two floors and features eco-friendly, green-labelled materials. The center is wheelchair-accessible and offers a lounge-style setting with private servicing areas for a comfortable client experience.

For added convenience, customers can access services in person or via video appointments, which can be easily booked through the Prudential Singapore website.
