[Promo Alert] HEY KEE Celebrates First Anniversary with Nostalgic Cantonese Dishes and Limited-Time 50% Off Deal (25 to 27 Mar)

Celebrating its first anniversary, Hong Kong-style seafood restaurant, HEY KEE, rolled out ten new signature dishes, offering a modern twist on classic Cantonese favourites.

Located in the historic Singapore Badminton Hall on Old Airport Road, the restaurant pays homage to the vibrant dai pai dong culture of 1960s Hong Kong, serving up generous portions of comfort food in a nostalgic setting. HEY KEE’s retro decor, complete with red chairs, vintage posters, and 80s bus stop seating seeks to transport diners to old Hong Kong, with live seafood tanks in the backdrop.

Dining at HEY KEE is as much a visual spectacle for a fully immersive culinary experience, on top of the delectable food and drinks.

The new menu is inspired by HEY KEE’s recent culinary expedition to Guangzhou and Shunde, blending tradition with innovation. Highlights include:

“Hair Dryer” White Pepper Jumbo Prawns ($42.80) – A theatrical dish where jumbo river prawns are crisped tableside using a hair dryer for an aromatic, peppery finish.
