Looking to shake off travel fatigue and get energized before your next flight? Changi Airport has just launched the Fit&Fun Zone, a vibrant new wellness space designed to blend fitness and entertainment seamlessly. Located at Terminal 2 (Transit) Level 3, just above Dreamscape, this one-of-a-kind attraction is perfect for travellers of all ages seeking a quick energy boost, a fun workout, or even a few Instagram-worthy moments.
Spanning over 400 square metres, the Fit&Fun Zone is divided into five coloured zones, each offering unique activities to help travellers relax, rejuvenate, and recharge. Here’s a peek at what’s in store:
Escape the airport hustle in the Green Zone, where six pendulum chairs offer a tranquil spot to relax while overlooking the soothing ambiance of Dreamscape. It’s the perfect place to catch your breath before your next adventure.
Feeling restless? Head to the Orange Zone, where Spar Pods—elevated soft punching bags—let you release pent-up energy without the need for boxing gloves. Punch away stress or jab at the playful three-dimensional petals on the walls for a fun and safe way to destress.
For those looking to stay active, the Pink Zone features pull-down levers connected to weights ranging from two to eight kilograms. As you pull the levers, linked light balls change color, adding a dynamic and visually stimulating twist to your workout.
Get ready to move in the Yellow Zone, where five trampoline pods equipped with music sensors invite you to bounce, dance, and groove to catchy tunes. With pods standing between three to three-and-a-half meters tall, this zone is all about fun, energy, and a whole lot of joy.
Craving a bit of adventure? Navigate the Blue Zone’s organically shaped cave with a challenging rope maze. Try to make your way through without touching the ropes, sparking curiosity and offering a fun mental and physical challenge for inquisitive minds.
As the latest attraction unveiled after Terminal 2’s expansion project in November 2023, the Fit&Fun Zone is open all day to all travellers. Head to Terminal 2, Level 3, and get ready to feel refreshed and revitalized.
