Japanese steakhouse Wagyu X by Chef Masahiro Takada has unveiled a new premium offering, the Wagyu X Platter, curated from over 100 beef varieties sourced globally. The platter features five distinct cuts from three celebrated regions—Japan, Australia, and the US—and seeks to be crowned as the “Best Beef Platter in CBD.”
Known for its unique Hokkaido Wagyu crossbreed, Wagyu X specialises in serving minimally seasoned, high-quality cuts to highlight the rich, natural flavour and tender texture of its beef. The Wagyu X Platter is said to feature the best of the bests cut:
