[Event, 17 to 19 Jan, 24 to 26 Jan] ARTBOX EVERYDAY 2025: A Creative Wonderland at Singapore Expo

ARTBOX 2025 is back, with ARTBOX EVERYDAY, transforming Singapore Expo Hall 4 into a vibrant hub of art, entertainment, and culture. Running over two weekends, January 17–19 and January 24–26, this year’s edition invites attendees to explore the convergence of art and everyday life in a festival brimming with unique experiences.

Organized by INVADE and supported by the Singapore Tourism Board, ARTBOX EVERYDAY 2025 is designed to inspire and engage visitors of all ages. With an eclectic mix of activities, food, and retail offerings, there’s something for everyone. Here are the must-see highlights:


What We Like:

1. Mini Box – A First for Kids

ARTBOX introduces its first children’s enrichment center, offering workshops and activities for kids aged 3 to 8. Featuring activities like storytelling to crafts and music, parents can deposit their kids at Mini Box to get some alone time at the fair. First hour is free.

2. Teo Heng Open Mic Extravaganza

Show off your vocal talent at the open mic sessions, powered by a S$16,000 professional karaoke system. For the gutsy karaoke singers, perform in a lively basketball court setting amidst cheers from an enthusiastic crowd.

3. DIY Upcycling Workshop with Bungkus

Upcycling workshop with Bungkus

Channel your creativity by crafting reusable card holders and other items from recycled materials collected at the venue. This DIY workshop by Bungkus promotes sustainability while engaging attendees in hands-on art-making.

4. Unlock Goodness with SōngHè

Contribute to a meaningful cause while winning exciting prizes. Unlock surprise boxes containing rewards and merchandise. Don’t forget to show your support for SōngHè’s charity initiative by clicking a LIKE at the end to get them to donate rice on your behalf to Food from the Heart, a local beneficiary supporting those in need.

5. Win a Car with Volt Auto

Win a car at Artbox 2025!

Stand a chance to win the Dongfeng Box, an electric vehicle worth S,000 (not inclusive of COE). Interactive art installations at the Volt booth highlight the fusion of sustainability and automotive design.

6. A Taste of Bangkok with ‘After You’

After You’s famous Shibuya Honey Toast

The famous Thai dessert chain After You makes its Singapore debut with its iconic Shibuya Honey Toast and Nutella Toast. This first-time pop-up, supported by the Tourism Authority of Thailand, brings a slice of Bangkok to ARTBOX.

7. Savour JianHao Tao’s Hao Jian Tan (oyster omelette)

Stop by one of Singapore’s top content creators, JianHao Tan’s “Loh Yeh Moh Yeh” Dynasty stall for a taste of his Hao Jian Tan (oyster omelette) and other chef-crafted dishes. The food is surprisingly good.

Interactive Installations and Workshops

  • Aliwal Chess Club: Experience chess like never before with life-sized chess pieces designed by over 30 local and regional artists.
  • Hands-On Creativity: Participate in workshops to create temporary tattoos, DIY postcards, and even perfumes, encouraging self-expression and artistic exploration.

ARTBOX Express Shuttle Service

Getting to the festival is now an experience itself. For just SGD 0.50, take a shuttle from *SCAPE to the Expo aboard buses turned moving art galleries. Featuring designs by Chang Beer and PacificLight and digital installations from 32 artists, the ride becomes an extension of the event.

Gamestop Arena

Dive into thrilling Nintendo Switch and VR games in a cozy setup complete with camping chairs. Perfect for gamers of all levels to connect and unwind.

The Arcade People

Enjoy a nostalgic trip down memory lane with retro arcade games alongside modern favourites. This feature offers endless fun for all ages.

Beyond Borders Performances

Each day brings a unique blend of local and international performances:

  • Trade Day (Jan 16): Featuring Priscilla Abby and stand-up comedian Dr. Jason Leong.
  • Fridays: DJ sets from 987FM (Week 1) and YES933 (Week 2), blending Mandopop, K-pop, and J-pop vibes.
Live performances
  • Saturdays: Groove to funky local bands like The Mad Trios and Too Much Drama.
  • Sundays: Relive the 90s with a selection of old-school classics.

Retail and Culinary Treasures

  • Retail Vendors: Over 190 vendors from across Asia, including Thailand, Korea, Hong Kong, and Malaysia, offer unique finds ranging from fashion to collectibles.
  • Food Galore: Indulge in innovative culinary creations, from sushi tacos to fresh oysters, along with a vast selection of desserts.

The Great Singapore Give

ARTBOX is also collaborating with the Singapore Red Cross to host a blood donation drive and create a community mural with contributions from seniors and students.
