Singapore’s First Lagree Fitness Studio, H-Kore, Opens on 6th January 2025

Get ready to experience a fitness revolution! H-Kore Singapore, the island’s first-ever Lagree fitness studio, is officially opening its doors on 6th January 2025. Fitness lovers and wellness enthusiasts alike can now dive into the groundbreaking Lagree Method, a high-intensity, low-impact workout that has taken the U.S. by storm and is now making its debut in Singapore. Booking for classes is already open on their website.

What is Lagree?

Lagree Fitness, developed by fitness legend Sebastien Lagree, combines elements of Pilates and bodybuilding principles to deliver a workout that focuses on endurance, strength, cardiovascular fitness, body composition, and flexibility. This method tightens, strengthens, and tones your body in just 45 minutes, without putting unnecessary strain on your joints.

Unlike traditional Pilates, Lagree incorporates high-intensity movements that challenge your core, strength, and endurance while avoiding the high-impact motions that lead to injury. The use of the proprietary Megaformer machine takes the workout to the next level, adding versatility to cardio and strength training. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or a beginner, Lagree delivers quick, lasting results in a time-efficient format.

Meet Ashley Yeo: Bringing Lagree to Singapore

Ashley Yeo, a 26-year-old Singaporean entrepreneur, is the driving force behind bringing H-Kore to Singapore. Her personal fitness journey with Lagree began while studying in the UK, where it became her sanctuary during a challenging period of her life. It was more than just a workout; it was a practice that helped her build resilience, confidence, and self-love.

Upon returning to Singapore in 2022, Ashley noticed the absence of Lagree and was determined to share this transformational fitness experience with her home country. Her vision? To create an inclusive, fun space where people of all ages and fitness levels could feel empowered and grow stronger—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Getting started at H-Kore is easy:

  • Trial Pack: 2 classes for S$90
