Designed by the renowned EDG Design Studio, Sky22 now features a fresh, nature-inspired look, with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light. The new interiors highlight biophilic elements, greenery-inspired textures, and airy palettes, creating a serene ambiance that mirrors Singapore’s lush landscape. The redesigned space offers flexible seating options, ideal for everything from intimate dinners to grand celebrations, making Sky22 the perfect setting for any occasion. Guests can also enjoy the newly revamped buffet stations and open-format kitchen, enhancing the interactive and homely feel of the space.
Sky22’s reopening also marks a renewed commitment to sustainability and local sourcing. In line with Marriott International’s Serve360 platform, the restaurant’s new menus, led by Director of Food and Beverage John Chye, focus on using locally grown produce and ethically sourced proteins. A standout dish from the modern Asian à la carte menu is the Crab Cake with locally farmed ice plant, while the Szechuan Chicken Koushuiji features locally farmed cage-free onsen eggs, reflecting Sky22’s dedication to supporting regional communities and delivering a distinctive, sustainable dining experience.
Sky22’s Semi-Buffet Lunch has been refreshed with exciting additions, including a new walk-in cold buffet with an expanded salad bar, ice cream station, and a broader selection of desserts. Guests can indulge in a range of cooked-to-order main courses from a weekly rotating menu, featuring favourites such as Sky22 Laksa Lemak, Miso Braised Wagyu Beef Cheek, and Beer-Battered Locally Farmed Black Grouper. Vegetarian options like Creamy Pesto Rigatoni and the Mushroom Steak Burger are also available.
This Lunar New Year, Sky22 invites guests to ring in the Year of the Snake with a festive reunion feast. Start your meal with a DIY Lo Hei Bar, followed by an extravagant seafood-on-ice selection, including freshly shucked oysters and poached rock lobsters. Enjoy crowd-pleasing dishes such as Singapore Chilli Crab with Mantou, Kam Heong Tiger Prawn, and Eight Treasure Fried Rice, and savour gourmet specialties at the live carving station, including Australian Grain-fed Sirloin, Herb-Crusted Lamb Rack, and Crackling Pork Belly.
