FairPrice Group Launches First Integrated Food Retail Experience at Changi Airport T3

FairPrice Group (FPG) has unveiled its first-ever integrated food retail experience at Changi Airport Terminal 3, combining a revamped Kopitiam and FairPrice Finest into a 30,000-square-foot space that celebrates Singapore’s rich cultural and culinary heritage.

A Fusion of Food and Retail

At the heart of this innovative concept is the seamless integration of Kopitiam’s iconic hawker fare with FairPrice Finest’s curated grocery offerings, creating a one-of-a-kind destination for both dining and shopping. Visitors can indulge in a diverse array of local and international cuisines while discovering uniquely Singaporean merchandise and grocery essentials—all under one roof.

The space channels the charm of Singapore’s colonial past, with distinctive black-and-white tile motifs, panelled columns, and tranquil water fountains reminiscent of historic courtyards. Designed with alfresco-style seating, the area invites travellers and locals alike to relax, dine, and soak in the nostalgia of old-world Singapore.

Kopitiam: A World of Flavours

Featuring 29 food stalls, the revamped Kopitiam is a food lover’s paradise, offering everything from local hawker favourites to modern international dishes.

  • Local Favourites: Savor classics like 陳 Wanton Mee’s wanton noodles, Lao Fan Ji’s bak kut teh, and 1985 鸭小贩’s braised duck.
  • Halal Delights: Options include nasi padang, Teochew fishball noodles, and nasi kandar by Chef Syed, as well as Korean halal dishes.
  • Modern Tastes: Try Mr Peppery Rice’s sizzling teppan dishes, Dan Lao’s egg rice bowls, or Monster Chilli Mala Hot Pot. Don’t miss the Nasi Lemak Ayam Taliwang and Pin Wei’s silky chee cheong fun at the kiosks.

Collect a Taste of Singapore

Kopitiam introduces the exclusive Taste of Singapore Icon Stamp Series, a first in Singapore inspired by Japan’s collectible travel stamps. Featuring intricate designs of iconic landmarks like Gardens by the Bay and culinary treasures such as chilli crab and satay, these stamps make for meaningful keepsakes of your journey.

FairPrice Finest: More Than Just Groceries

FairPrice Finest reopens with a vibrant, traveller-friendly shopping experience. From local favourites like truffle chips and kaya to exclusive products from Singapore’s “Made with Passion” brands, the store is perfect for those seeking unique gifts or daily essentials.

Highlights include:

  • Food Folks @ Lau Pa Sat: A showcase of premium local food brands.
  • Exclusive Souvenirs: Merchandise featuring artworks by local illustrators Yip Yew Chong and Lee Kow Fong, celebrating Singapore’s hawker culture.
  • Seasonal Displays: A 22-square-metre event area featuring festive and seasonal products, starting with exclusive Christmas offerings.

To celebrate the opening, enjoy savings of up to 21% and exciting Gift with Purchase promotions, including deals on Kim’s Duet Coffee and Creamier Ice Cream.
