Jetstar Asia Celebrates 20 Years of Affordable Adventures Across Southeast Asia

Jetstar Asia is celebrating two decades of connecting travelers to vibrant destinations with low fares. Since its inaugural flight on December 13, 2004, the Singapore-based carrier has transformed air travel for millions across Southeast Asia.

Over the past 20 years, Jetstar Asia has flown more than 50 million passengers to an expanding network of metropolitan hubs and leisure hotspots. Staying true to its mission of affordable travel, the airline sold over two-thirds of its fares last year for under SG$100.

A Sale Worth Celebrating

To mark this milestone, Jetstar Asia has launched its 20 Years of Adventure Sale, offering one-way fares from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur starting at just SG$70. The sale runs until 11:59 PM on December 16 and includes fantastic deals to destinations like Okinawa, Colombo, and Medan. Club Jetstar members can enjoy even greater savings, making this the perfect time to plan your next getaway.

Honoring a Loyal Jetstar Traveler

Jetstar Asia also celebrated its most frequent flyer, Mr. Ban Poon Huat, who has flown with the airline more than 860 times over the past 20 years. To honor his loyalty, Jetstar Asia’s Chief Operating Officer, Geof Lui, greeted him at Changi Airport upon his return from a recent trip. Mr. Ban was presented with a special Jetstar A320 aircraft model and a pair of return tickets to a destination of his choice.
