A Hub for Global Innovation

Strategically located in the Mashreq Bank Headquarters in the Downtown Burj Khalifa District, the new studio underscores RSP’s commitment to expanding its footprint in the Middle East. As the designated Global Design Studio, the Dubai team will spearhead the firm’s international projects, driving people-centered, sustainable, and innovative designs tailored to the region. This milestone aligns with RSP Dubai’s celebration of 15 years of impactful design in the UAE.

A Space That Inspires

Reflecting RSP’s ethos of creativity and sustainability, the studio features an open-plan layout that encourages collaboration, focus pods for team connectivity, and breathtaking city views that spark inspiration. Sustainability takes center stage, with materials like carbon-neutral carpets made from 100% recycled content and Cradle to Cradle Certified Bronze products. Repurposed and refreshed furniture further reinforces the studio’s eco-conscious approach.

Strengthening Singapore-UAE Ties

The UAE’s leadership in sustainable development complements Singapore’s vision for smart, future-ready cities, fostering collaboration in urban innovation and green energy.

Celebrating Design Excellence

RSP Dubai’s portfolio includes iconic projects like the St. Regis Palm Tower, Nobu Hotel & Branded Residences on Saadiyat Island, and the award-winning Ellington Beach House. Its institutional landmarks, such as the Khalifa University campus expansion and the BAPS Hindu Mandir cultural complex, highlight its ability to blend visionary design with community resonance.
