Celebrate an Enchanted Singapore-themed Christmas with Janice Wong

This festive season, immerse yourself in the magic of Christmas with Janice Wong, Singapore’s renowned chocolatier and edible artist.

Known for her innovative creations, Wong introduces a 2024 holiday collection that blends artistry with indulgence, featuring her new Icons of Singapore Bon Bons modeled after famous Singapore landmarks, as well as a decadent Yule Log crafted with premium chestnuts from Japan’s Shimanto River basin.

Highlights of the Holiday Collection

Decadent Festive Treats

Yule Cake: A luxurious chestnut mousse cake filled with red currant compote, brownie, chestnut chantilly, and feuilletine. The cake itself has a crunchy lower layer, adding depth to the overall texture. For all chestnut lovers out there, this is a must-try.

Snowflake: A stunning dessert featuring chocolate mousse, caramel bavarois, coffee mascarpone, chocolate crumble, and chocolate madeleine. With a slightly bitter note from the coffee, this cake has a slightly more adult flavour, perfect for those looking for the balance between bitter and sweet.

Santa Pom Pom Cake:  A vibrant cake containing pistachio mascarpone mousse, strawberry pineapple compote and red currant pistachio sponge. My personal favourite, with crunchy pistachios, a creamy pistachio icing, as well as a fruity layer of compote to create a wonderfully nutty and fruity experience in your mouth.

Christmas Bon-Bons: Delight in new festive flavours like Hazelnut Fruitcake, Cashew Praline, Pistachio Candycane, Caramel Pecan Nut and Praline Poprocks. Each bon bon is a unique chocolate taste experience, and within each box, you are sure to find one just for you.

Icons of Singapore

One of Janice Wong’s newest additions, a collection of beautiful bite-sized chocolates, each representing a signature Singapore landmark.

With the Supertree (far left) being a blend of dark chocolate and kaffir lime caramel, as well as others such as the Peranakan house with its vibrant colours and cashew praline flavour, the Artscience museum with a hazelnut flavour, the Jewel being filled with pistachio, and lastly the Esplanade, brought to life with a combination of dark chocolate and praline popping candy.

Each dessert is carefully painted to fully embody the essence of each landmark.
