Located at the rooftop of Capital Tower, this brunch experience offers an immersive journey to Brazil’s iconic Copacabana Beach, merging high-energy dining with captivating live performances.
Known worldwide for blending luxury with dynamic vibes, SUSHISAMBA’s Copacabana Brunch is much more than just a meal. With roaming samba dancers, DJs spinning Afro-Latin beats, and live percussionists, each Saturday transforms into an electrifying afternoon celebration. Guests are welcomed with custom-designed tambourines and maracas to keep the party going right from their tables.
On the menu, guests will find a tempting array of signature dishes in unlimited servings across four courses. From refreshing seviche starters and mains like Australian Grass-Fed Short Rib, to freshly prepared sushi, sashimi, and robata-grilled skewers, the brunch highlights the best of SUSHISAMBA’s Brazilian, Peruvian, and Japanese fusion flavors.
The brunch offers a premium champagne program with four indulgent tiers. Begin with the Boizel Brut Reserve or upgrade to Pol Roger Brut Vintage 2015 for $70++, Taittinger Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs 2013 for $345++, or the exclusive Dom Pérignon Jean-Michel Basquiat Collection 2015 for $788++ per person. A wide selection of cocktails — including the SAMBA Mary, Espresso Martini, and a classic Caipirinha — along with wines, beers, and house spirits, completes the brunch’s free-flow offerings, making it perfect for day drinkers with a taste for variety.
While free-flow service concludes at 3 PM, guests are welcome to stay for an afterparty, with music and festivities continuing through dinner service.
