Beloved Disney and Pixar characters are set to bloom in Singapore for the first time in a topiary showcase at Gardens by the Bay’s Floral Fantasy.
The “Disney Garden of Wonder” exhibit will open on 1 December 2024, running through 31 March 2025, presenting fans with iconic characters, including Mickey Mouse, Buzz Lightyear, and Ariel, reimagined as enchanting plant sculptures.
Organised in partnership with Disney and supported by the Singapore Tourism Board, the exhibit draws inspiration from the popular EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival in Florida, where Disney characters are transformed into vibrant horticultural displays. Floral Fantasy’s meandering space, located just a short walk from Bayfront MRT, will host eight different topiary sets featuring characters such as:
Alongside the character topiaries, the exhibit will feature a “Flavours of Singapore” zone where Disney characters, such as Donald Duck with Chilli Crab and Stitch with Durian, will be showcased in locally inspired settings. A floral-themed pop-up store offering Disney merchandise and activities will complete the Garden of Wonder experience.
Tickets for the Disney Garden of Wonder are on sale now at Gardens by the Bay. Priced at $12 for local resident adults and $8 for children or senior citizens, tickets include a shuttle service between Bayfront Plaza and the Flower Dome.
