Virgin Active Launches Nutritional Meal Plans in Partnership with NOVI Health

Global health and fitness brand, Virgin Active, has launched a new range of scientifically-backed nutritional meals in collaboration with NOVI Health. This latest offering complements Virgin Active’s holistic wellness approach by providing members with fresh, tailor-made meal options to support specific health and fitness goals.

Part of the Virgin Group, Virgin Active operates nearly 240 clubs worldwide with 1 million members across eight countries. In Singapore, there are 5 Virgin Active club locations.

Founded in 2019, NOVI Health is a technology-enabled metabolic health company focused on improving health outcomes through data-driven insights and personalised care. Its holistic offerings range from diabetes management to weight control and healthy longevity.

The NOVI Health x Virgin Active menu features 20 freshly prepared meals crafted by dietitians and health coaches from NOVI Health, catering to different wellness objectives such as Muscle Mastery, Revive & Recover, Eat Lean, Stay Lean, and Fit Fuel.

These meals will be available for pre-order and pick-up at Virgin Active Raffles Place starting from mid-October, with plans to expand the service to other locations across Singapore.

We were invited to an evening sound bath session, followed by a sampling of some of the food offerings from the NOVI Heaith x Virgin Active menu. Each of the attendees was served a personalised meal, designed based on the answers we provided in an online survey before the event. There were also bite-size samples of items from the menu for everyone to try a bit of everything.

Verdict?

The food is clean tasting and leaves you feeling fresh after consumption. Flavours-wise, not the best if you compare it to unhealthier alternatives, but it is good enough to be enjoyable – a small trade-off for long-term health and wellness goals.

According to the Virgin Active Wellness Trends Study 2025, 60% of respondents recognise the importance of nutrition in well-being, but only 32% prioritise it in their daily lives. The new meal plans aim to bridge this gap by providing convenient, nutritious options that align with members’ health goals.

“Virgin Active is where wellness gets real,” shared Julien Bera, Country Director for Singapore & Thailand, Virgin Active.

“Our partnership with NOVI Health ensures that our members receive personalised, scientifically-backed nutritional guidance to help them achieve their wellness goals.” He added.

The meal offerings cater to a wide range of needs, from seasoned fitness enthusiasts to those simply looking to adopt healthier eating habits. Virgin Active members can now access pre-ordered meals tailored to their goals, with plans for wider availability and grab-and-go options in the near future.

Members can also receive personalised nutritional advice from Virgin Active’s personal trainers during consultations or training sessions. For those seeking deeper guidance, NOVI Health offers private consultations at preferential rates for Virgin Active members.

“We are excited to partner with Virgin Active in empowering their members with personalised and evidence-based nutrition solutions, helping them achieve sustainable health and wellness outcomes.” Stated Dr. Kyle Tan, Founder and Chief Product & Business Development Officer at NOVI Health.

This partnership builds on Virgin Active’s previous initiatives, including collaborations with INCREDIBLE Juice and Sofitel Singapore for wellness retreats, further strengthening its position as a leader in premium wellness solutions.
