One Bangkok is set to open its doors on 25 October 2024, redefining the city’s skyline and urban landscape. Presented by TCC Assets (Thailand) Co., Ltd and Frasers Property Holdings (Thailand), this landmark project is a transformative development in the heart of Bangkok’s Central Business District. Spanning 17 hectares, it is one of the largest private sector projects in Thailand, designed to become “The Heart of Bangkok” and a hub of the city’s future.
One Bangkok is a truly integrated community, offering a vibrant mix of retail, office, residential, and hospitality experiences. The development includes five premium office towers, three luxury residential towers, five hotels—featuring Bangkok’s first Ritz-Carlton and Andaz—alongside a thriving arts and culture scene. All of this is set against a backdrop of 8 hectares of lush green spaces, making it a welcoming retreat in the heart of the city.
With an investment value of THB 120 billion (USD 3.2 billion), One Bangkok is designed with sustainability and community at its core. It aims to be a beacon of innovation, blending modern living with cultural heritage, and positioning Bangkok as one of the world’s top global cities.
One Bangkok’s retail offerings are a highlight, featuring three distinct experiences—The Parade, The STOREYS, and POST 1928. Opening in October, The Parade and The STOREYS will offer an array of shopping, dining, beauty, and wellness options. POST 1928 will follow, adding a touch of nostalgia to the mix. The district will also introduce Thailand’s first MITSUKOSHI DEPACHIKA, a unique food hall concept that merges Japanese and international cuisines.
For food lovers, the Food Loop stretches 1.5 km, offering 250 dining options from fine dining to Bangkok’s famous street food, making One Bangkok a must-visit culinary destination. Visitors can also expect exclusive perks through the One Bangkok Membership Program, granting access to premium services and benefits.
Art and culture take center stage at One Bangkok, with the Art Loop, a 2 km pathway adorned with sculptures and art installations by renowned artists like Anish Kapoor and Tony Cragg. This artistic initiative reflects the district’s commitment to fostering a vibrant cultural environment, positioning One Bangkok as a new cultural hub in the city.
One Bangkok is designed with sustainability in mind, featuring 50% green spaces that connect to the city’s iconic Lumphini and Benjakitti Parks. The development promotes environmental well-being with smart technologies aimed at reducing energy consumption and enhancing urban living. This focus on sustainability has earned One Bangkok prestigious LEED Platinum certification, making it a model for future urban developments in Thailand.
With five premium office towers, One Bangkok sets a new standard for modern workplaces. Three towers are already operational, attracting major multinational companies such as Baker McKenzie, Estee Lauder, and BMW Group Thailand. Designed for productivity, the office spaces feature seamless technology, flexible layouts, and direct access to the Lumphini MRT Station, offering convenience in the heart of Bangkok.
As One Bangkok opens its doors in October 2024, it promises to be more than just a development—it is a bold vision of the future where innovation, sustainability, and community thrive. From breathtaking skyline views to vibrant public spaces, One Bangkok is set to be the new epicenter of life, work, and play in Thailand’s capital city.
