#HuntTheMouse Singapore Starts This 10 October with a Massive S$1 Million Prize Pool

The world’s simplest and most thrilling cash hunt is back—#HuntTheMouse returns to Singapore from October 10 to November 9, 2024, with a massive S$1 million prize pool! Now in its fifth edition, this year’s event has raised the stakes, offering a grand prize of S$500,000 and tripling the number of silver coins to 300, making it the biggest hunt yet.

What’s New for 2024?

This year’s edition comes with exciting updates:

  • 300 Coins Hidden Across Singapore: A single S$500,000 gold coin and 300 silver coins worth S$2,500 and S$500 will be progressively hidden in different locations across the city.
  • Hints & Real-Time Maps: Hunters can follow clues released three times a day on Sqkii’s social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, and Telegram) and access real-time maps on the event website to locate the coins.
  • Power-Up Features: Four new features will help hunters get ahead, including:
    1. Coin Sonar: Scans the area to give precise silver coin locations.
    2. Metal Detector: Turns your phone into a metal detector, searching for coins in real-time.
    3. Beacon: A community feature that allows nearby players to enjoy discounts on power-ups.
    4. Pedometer: Tracks your steps and rewards Crystals for reaching step-count milestones.

How to Join the Hunt

Open to all Singapore residents and tourists, #HuntTheMouse is free to play. Hunters who find hidden coins can redeem cash prizes instantly, with the breakdown as follows:

  • 1 x S$500,000 gold coin
  • 175 x S$2,500 silver coins
  • 125 x S$500 silver coins

Hints & Strategy

Hunters can gather hints for the gold coin through Sqkii’s social media channels, while the real-time map will shrink silver coin location circles every 15 to 60 minutes, providing an edge to active hunters. Crystals can be earned through brand actions and used to unlock more hints and power-ups to increase your chances of finding the hidden treasures.
