SHISEIDO has launched a stunning new limited-edition collection in collaboration with its Global Brand Ambassador, actress and artist Hunter Schafer. Since joining SHISEIDO in 2020, Schafer has become a global beauty icon, known for her creative vision and passion for self-expression. The Hunter x SHISEIDO Collection celebrates her unique perspective, merging art and science in three beloved SHISEIDO products: Ultimune Power Infusing Concentrate, DAIYA FUDE Face Duo, and Aura Dew Illuminator—now available in Schafer’s signature lilac, rose, blush, and chartreuse packaging, featuring her original artwork.
This collection reflects Schafer’s artistic spirit while staying true to SHISEIDO’s commitment to innovation and tradition. The Ultimune Power Infusing Concentrate, SHISEIDO’s best-selling serum, works to strengthen and revitalize the skin, offering a smoother, more resilient complexion. The DAIYA FUDE Face Duo, inspired by Japanese calligraphy brushes, provides a balance of strength and flexibility, blending modern technology with heritage craftsmanship. Meanwhile, the Aura Dew Illuminator, previously exclusive to Japan, is now available globally in a blush tone, giving skin a radiant, ethereal glow.
Each product in the collection offers a personalized touch from Schafer:
Ultimune Power Infusing Concentrate (75ml | SGD $215): Featuring Schafer’s illustration in vibrant chartreuse, this serum is infused with collagen-supporting peptides and powerful antioxidants.
DAIYA FUDE Face Duo (SGD $68): A bold reinterpretation of SHISEIDO’s iconic brush, designed in striking purple and green, delivering flawless application with innovative Hidden Core Technology.
Aura Dew Illuminator in #10 Tsukuyomi (6g | SGD $55): A versatile highlighter inspired by the moon god in Japanese mythology, providing a multidimensional glow with its pale pink shade and iridescent red pearls.
In addition to these products, Schafer directed a mesmerizing animated film, produced by Chop Studio and illustrated by artist Andrew Onorato. Drawing inspiration from Japanese anime and manga, the film explores beauty as a form of empowerment and transformation. For the campaign, Schafer teamed up with her closest creative collaborators, including makeup artist James Boehmer and photographer Ethan James Green.
