Pullman Singapore Hill Street, a luxury destination in the heart of Singapore’s Central Business District, is marking its first anniversary in style. Since opening in October 2023, the hotel has become a cornerstone of hospitality, and to celebrate, it’s hosting A Year of Flavours, Friends & Activities, a month-long series of exciting events at its renowned dining venues: Madison’s, MOGĀ, and El Chido.

Madison’s: Calligraphy Afternoon Tea

Madison’s is elevating its Grand Voyage Afternoon Tea with an artistic twist. Every Thursday to Saturday in October 2024, from 2:30pm, the Porter Lounge will host a calligraphy workshop led by artist Michelle Lee. Guests can create their own artistic birthday cards while enjoying a curated selection of global flavours. Afternoon tea is priced at S$88++ for two, with the workshop available for an additional S$50 nett per person.

Madison’s is also offering its Madison Square Brunch at a special rate of S$30++ per adult, for tables of four or more, throughout October—making it the perfect setting for family celebrations.

MOGĀ: Guest Shifts from Hong Kong

MOGĀ, the upscale Izakaya-themed cocktail bar, is hosting two special guest shifts in October. On Monday, 14 October 2024, Edgar Santillan from Honky Tonks Tavern, ranked #67 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2024, will serve a selection of inventive cocktails, including the coconut-aged Heads or Tails and the fruity Monkeys & Berries—all priced at S$23++.

Later in the month, on Monday, 28 October 2024, Sandeep Hathiramani from Thirsty Shaker will bring the edgy vibe of his Hong Kong cocktail bar to MOGĀ. Expect original Thirsty Shaker concoctions and a lively terrace atmosphere.

El Chido: Esquina Singapore Pop-Up

For a vibrant rooftop experience, El Chido is teaming up with Esquina Singapore for a pop-up fiesta on Saturday, 12 October 2024. Guests can enjoy a free-flow Mexican and Spanish BBQ crafted by Chef Carlos from Esquina, paired with festive cocktails featuring Monkey Shoulder and Hendrick’s. DJ Ephrem will spin Latin house tunes, while LED performances add to the high-energy vibe. Tickets are priced at S$68++ per person, including a welcome cocktail.

To make the anniversary celebration even more memorable, Pullman Singapore Hill Street is offering a Hotel Stay Voucher Flash Sale from 1 to 7 October 2024. Priced at S$330++, each voucher includes a one-night stay in a Deluxe Room, breakfast for two, a complimentary bottle of wine, and S$50 nett F&B credit per day.
