Cathay Pacific is enhancing its inflight experience by offering complimentary Wi-Fi to customers traveling in First and Business class. Previously available exclusively to First class passengers since 2022, the airline is now extending this service to Business class travelers on all connected flights.
This move comes after successful trials, and it marks a significant step in Cathay Pacific’s ongoing commitment to improving customer satisfaction. Starting November, Cathay Diamond members traveling in any cabin will also enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi access.
Passengers using the complimentary service can stay connected throughout their flight, whether it’s for checking emails, browsing the internet, streaming audio, or using social media and professional applications. Customers can connect one device at a time and switch devices as needed. Additionally, all passengers have complimentary access to Cathay Pacific’s website and Cathay Shop during the flight.
With over 90% of Cathay Pacific’s fleet already equipped with Wi-Fi, including all long-haul aircraft, the airline aims to have full connectivity across its entire fleet by mid-2025.Cathay Pacific Elevates Inflight Experience with Complimentary Wi-Fi for First and Business Class
