Get ready for an intense weekend of fitness as HYROX, the world’s premier fitness racing sport, returns to Singapore in 2024. After hosting its largest single-day event ever in June, HYROX is back, this time in collaboration with the Fitness+Wellness Expo (FWE), Asia’s leading event in the fitness and wellness sectors. Mark your calendar for 31 August to 1 September 2024, when the Singapore EXPO transforms into the ultimate fitness arena as part of Singapore’s inaugural Urban Sports and Fitness Festival.
HYROX, known for its unique combination of functional exercises and running intervals, is a race designed for everyone—whether you’re pushing your limits, chasing a personal best, or just looking to join Singapore’s vibrant fitness community. With events held across more than 20 countries, HYROX is set to attract over 205,000 athletes this season alone.
This year’s event also introduces the HYROX YOUNGSTARS CHALLENGE to Asia, offering young athletes aged 8 to 15 a chance to dive into the world of fitness racing. The challenge includes bespoke workouts, led by coaches, that test their strength and endurance. Best of all, it’s free for young participants.
Whether you’re racing solo in the Open or Pro category, teaming up for the Doubles or Doubles Pro, or taking on the Team Relay, the HYROX format remains the same: a 1km run followed by one of eight functional stations, repeated eight times. The stations include everything from sled pushes to sandbag lunges, testing your fitness across a variety of challenges.
Register as a racer or spectator through the official HYROX Singapore website. This is your chance to be part of Singapore’s most exciting fitness event of the year.
