Brewerkz, Singapore’s iconic craft brewery and restaurant, is excited to announce the grand reopening of its One Fullerton outlet. Following extensive renovations, the refreshed Brewerkz One Fullerton now offers a modern craft beer dining experience, perfect for both locals and visitors. With a stunning Marina Bay backdrop, the revamped space features a sleek new design, a creative menu, and an impressive selection of 23 craft beers on tap.
The upgraded Brewerkz One Fullerton boasts both revitalized indoor interiors and a spacious outdoor alfresco area. The alfresco dining space has been thoughtfully redesigned to harmonize with the picturesque riverside setting, offering a cozy bayfront retreat. The decor blends raw and modern textures, including marble and rattan furnishings, to create a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. Natural elements like lush greenery and warm wood accents complement the durable stone tabletops, while an array of seating options, from intimate low seating to sociable high tables, cater to all preferences. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy the breeze while savoring Brewerkz’s signature dishes and new menu items infused with local flavors.
Indoors, the elegant yet relaxed dining experience is enhanced by refined finishes and sophisticated lighting. The highlight of the space is the newly designed indoor bar, featuring a striking curved wooden ceiling and chic stone counter. This inviting centerpiece is the perfect place to unwind with one of the 23 craft beers on tap.
Alongside the revamped space, Brewerkz One Fullerton introduces a brand-new menu crafted by Culinary Director Chef Seow Tzi Qin (TQ). The menu showcases a creative fusion of local flavors with European and American influences.
New dishes include the Puglian Seafood Stew ($36), featuring a mix of fresh seafood with orecchiette pasta served in ‘Hot Clay’ pots, and the Nasi Lemak ‘Focaccilla’ ($22), a unique creation that combines the flavors of otah, rendang mash, and blended peanuts in a delicious cross between focaccia and quesadilla. Other standout dishes include the Memphis Babyback Ribs ($20) and the Apple Bacon Pork T-Bone ($34) served with 5 onion chutney and confit potatoes.
Longtime favorites like the Brewerkz Platter ($74) and Super Nachos ($23) have also been given a fresh twist. The Brewerkz Platter, a hit with large groups, now features Aburi Beef cubes with red wine sauce, Tiger prawns with mango habanero sauce, Kombu Truffle Fries with truffle coulis dip, assorted sausages with Brewerkz mustard, and crispy peppercorn chicken with curry mayo.
The reopening of Brewerkz One Fullerton marks a new chapter for this beloved craft brewery. With its thoughtfully redesigned space, breathtaking waterfront views, and a menu that celebrates Singapore’s diverse culinary heritage, Brewerkz invites guests to rediscover all it has to offer. Whether you’re a long-time fan or a first-time visitor, the revitalized Brewerkz One Fullerton promises an unforgettable experience that perfectly blends great food, craft beer, and atmosphere.
