This National Day, show off your Singaporean pride at the Singapore Sports Hub as it hosts Majulah Fiesta 2024, a grand celebration from August 9th to 11th. Organized by Kallang Alive Sport Management and Sport Singapore, this event marks the finale of two weeks of thrilling sports and activities as part of the annual GetActive! Singapore.

Majulah Fiesta 2024 is packed with exciting events that honor the essence of Singapore. This year, experience the new Majulah Music Hub, showcasing local musical talents, and explore the AL!VE Artisans Market, celebrating homegrown artisans and their crafts. It’s a weekend filled with national pride, local music, community spirit, and fun for the whole family!

Celebrate Singapore’s 59th Birthday with Fireworks and Festivities

Don your red and white on August 9th and head to the Singapore Sports Hub for a day of celebration. From 12 pm to 4 pm, enjoy live performances and interactive activities at OCBC Square. Stay on to watch the live screening of the National Day Parade (NDP) from 5 pm to 9 pm at OCBC Square or Stadium Roar. Secure your spot at Stadium Roar for the “Fly Our Flag” flypast, and don’t miss the breathtaking NDP fireworks display over the Kallang Basin.

Capture the spirit of National Day with a visit to the pop-up installation near the Water Sports Centre, open until the end of August. Take photos, learn fun facts about Singapore, and leave your wishes for the nation on a special coloring wall.

Spotlight on Local Talent at Majulah Music Hub

On August 10th, the inaugural Majulah Music Hub will take over OCBC Square from 5 pm to 8 pm, featuring a stellar lineup of Singaporean artists. Performers include MICappella, Ben Hum, Kelvin Chen Wei Lian, Tay Kewei, The Island Voices, and Benjamin Kheng, who penned this year’s National Day theme song, “Not Alone.” Don’t miss this exciting celebration of Singapore’s musical talents!

Discover Local Crafts at AL!VE Artisans Market

Celebrate local craftsmanship at the AL!VE Artisans Market, held at the Visitors Centre from August 9th to 11th. With 21 booths showcasing unique handcrafted products, this market is the perfect place to discover your new favorite local brands.

Feathered Friends Take Flight at Pets Play Day

Join us on the morning of August 11th for the Majulah Fiesta Pets Play Day (Feathers Edition) at OCBC Square. Watch a stunning parrots aerial display at 9 am and 10 am as these colorful birds soar over the Kallang Basin and Water Sports Centre. End the Weekend with Fitness and Music

Wrap up the National Day weekend with a community workout at the Majulah Fiesta Fitness Party on August 11th, from 2 pm to 4 pm and 6 pm to 7 pm. Dress in red and white and enjoy a uniquely Singaporean workout at OCBC Square.

Alternatively, unwind with family and friends at the Sports Hub and catch the live stream of the Temasek Foundation x SSO National Day Concert 2024 from 4 pm. Pack a picnic and relax as you enjoy orchestral masterpieces by Singapore’s finest musicians.
