QT Singapore to Open with Signature Dining Experiences Led by Award-Winning Chef Sean Connolly

As the highly anticipated launch of QT Singapore approaches, QT Hotels & Resorts (part of EVT) proudly announces the signature dining experiences set to be unveiled when the hotel opens its doors this September.

At the helm of the design-led hotel’s dining is award-winning chef and restaurateur, Chef Sean Connolly, who serves as QT Singapore’s Creative Director of Food & Beverage. Together, QT and Sean have already delivered multi-award-winning experiences at Gowings in QT Sydney and Esther in QT Auckland.

Housed in the historic building formerly known as Hotel Telegraph, QT Singapore will feature two key venues: a brand-new bar and grill, Cygnet, and the iconic Rooftop at QT. These venues promise to transform the dining scene in the Lion City, offering a unique blend of elegance and vibrancy.

Cygnet: A QT Singapore Signature

Cygnet promises to be a versatile venue, transforming from a vibrant morning spot to an elegant evening destination. The expert service team, including hosts outfitted by Singapore’s Studio HHFZ, and QT’s curated music, enhance the warm ambiance. Sean’s menu focuses on ingredient integrity and origin, allowing guests to savor top-quality proteins and produce with rich flavors. The Steak Library offers premium steaks like Tajima Japanese Wagyu Rump and Australian Grass Fed Riverine Rib Eye, alongside Chef Sean’s signature Duck Fat Roast Potatoes.

The beverage experiences at Cygnet are equally dynamic. The cocktail menu is inspired by New York’s energy, with tableside service evoking a sense of theatrical elegance. The extensive wine list includes over 30 wines by the glass from top regions, ensuring a perfect pairing for every dish. Additionally, Cygnet will feature two private dining rooms for hand-crafted dining experiences tailored to any occasion.

Rooftop at QT: Sky High in Singapore

Rooftop at QT, already renowned in Australia and New Zealand, invites Singapore to a vibrant skyline destination with refreshing cocktails, an extensive beverage list, and an electric, open-air atmosphere. Hotel guests can enjoy tropical spirits, take a dip in the pool, or feast with a Taqueria experience. Whether for relaxing with friends, after-work drinks, or private events, Rooftop at QT will be the place to be.

Cygnet and Rooftop at QT are poised to make their official debut at 35 Robinson Road this September. The property, owned by Sunray Singapore, is currently undergoing a complete transformation to become QT Singapore, bringing QT’s signature service to Southeast Asia.

QT Singapore’s dining experiences will be available from 6 September 2024. Bookings will be open from 7 August 2024 on the QT Singapore official website.
