UNIQLO proudly announces its official attire lineup for the para athletes representing Singapore at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games. As the Official Clothing Partner for the Singapore Paralympics Team, UNIQLO will provide LifeWear apparel for the athletes and officials, including outfits for the opening and closing ceremonies, the athlete village, and travel during the Games.
The LifeWear apparel selection is meticulously curated to emphasize both function and comfort. These modern and sophisticated designs not only represent Singapore but also blend seamlessly with the elegant cityscape of Paris.
In celebration of Team Singapore’s para athletes, UNIQLO has set up a special in-store display at the Orchard Central Global Flagship Store, running until September 10, 2024. The display showcases the full collection of LifeWear apparel, including ceremony, travel, and village wear. Sports enthusiasts can also explore athlete profiles, learn fun facts about para sports, and enjoy the official theme song, “March On,” produced specifically for the Singapore Paralympics Team participating in the Paris 2024 Summer Paralympic Games.
Following the Paralympic in-store display, UNIQLO will refresh the space to present a special photo exhibition, “As Essentials,” featuring behind-the-scenes moments of Singapore’s para athletes in their pursuit of excellence. Captured by Isabelle Lim, a photographer with ART, these moments highlight the resilience and artistry of the athletes.
(Arts & Disability) Singapore, a non-profit organization championing learning and livelihood opportunities for persons with disabilities through the arts, will open on September 11, 2024. Isabelle Lim’s work is characterized by a unique narrative of resilience and perspective, transcending the silence of her world and conveying identity through creativity and connection.
More details about the photo exhibition will be shared closer to the opening date.
