Aman Group Announces Janu Dubai: Set to Open in 2027

Aman Group has announced its latest venture, Janu Dubai, set to open in 2027. This marks the group’s second destination in Dubai, following the successful launch of Janu Tokyo in March 2024. Janu Tokyo quickly became the city’s newest luxury hotspot, renowned for its vibrant dining scene and landmark wellness centre.

Prime Location and Innovative Design

Janu Dubai will be strategically located in the bustling Dubai International Financial District (DIFC), close to world-class retail, restaurants, and entertainment venues, and just a stone’s throw from Downtown Dubai. Guests will enjoy panoramic views of the skyline, including the iconic Burj Khalifa, as well as serene garden vistas. The property’s architectural design, by Pritzker Prize-winning firm Herzog & de Meuron, will emphasize a connection to nature through expansive outdoor terraces and lush gardens, making it the first of its kind in the UAE.

Development and Ownership

The project is owned by Alia Developments, backed by local and international investors. H&H Development, a leading UAE real estate developer, will oversee the project as both a shareholder and development manager, ensuring a high standard of luxury and innovation.

The Janu Experience

Derived from the Sanskrit word for “soul,” Janu is a brand that embodies restorative travel and transformative experiences. Janu Dubai will feature approximately 150 hotel rooms, a limited number of branded residences, and a member’s club. The property will also boast several unique dining and bar concepts, event spaces, and a comprehensive wellness and fitness centre.

Continuing the Legacy

Janu Tokyo’s opening in Azabudai Hills set a high standard with its 122 spacious guest rooms and one of the city’s largest wellness facilities. Janu Dubai aims to build on this success, offering guests an unparalleled luxury experience in the heart of Dubai.

Future Endeavors

Aman Group’s commitment to the Middle East is evident, with upcoming properties in AlUla, Wadi Safar, and Diriyah Gate. Currently in the pre-development phase, more details about Janu Dubai and Aman Dubai will be released in the near future.
