Coolfix Launches Singapore’s First On-Demand Aircon Servicing Mobile App: First 1,000 Sign-Ups Receive FREE $100 Vouchers

Singapore’s scorching climate just got a little more bearable with the launch of Coolfix, the nation’s first on-demand aircon service mobile app. Coolfix promises rapid responses to service requests, with a commitment to dispatching help within 30 minutes. Backed by over 600 aircon servicing vehicles from more than 150 established air conditioning companies, Coolfix is ready to revolutionize the way Singaporeans handle aircon emergencies.

Streamlined Service Requests and Real-Time Updates

Coolfix aims to provide unmatched convenience and reliability, ensuring that households never suffer the discomfort of a malfunctioning aircon unit for long. The app’s intuitive interface allows users to effortlessly request services, track the arrival of technicians, and receive real-time job status updates. Additionally, the app includes features such as secure payment options, detailed service records, and robust customer support.

Professional Standards and Transparent Pricing

Customers using Coolfix will receive an immediate breakdown of costs based on their service needs, ensuring complete transparency and eliminating fears of overcharging. Coolfix also monitors the performance of its aircon suppliers, guaranteeing professional and high-standard services. The process is simple: users fill out a service request form with details like aircon type, brand, number of units, and required services, and receive an instant quote.

Extensive Range of Aircon Services

Coolfix offers a comprehensive range of services, including aircon subscription, general servicing, chemical cleaning, refrigerant top-up, diagnostics, repairs, and general maintenance by qualified BCA-certified partners. All contractors are skilled, reliable, and experienced, providing users with peace of mind.

Coolfix’s Aircon Subscription Service

Breaking away from the traditional, costly cycle of aircon purchases, Coolfix introduces an innovative aircon subscription service featuring top brands such as Gree and Midea. Subscribers will have a brand-new aircon installed and maintained by Coolfix, with an extensive 48-month warranty that covers servicing and repairs at no additional cost. Once the subscription ends, the aircon remains with the homeowner.

Coolfix offers three subscription packages for System 2, 3, and 4, starting at $77 monthly. These packages include eight genuine servicing sessions, premium materials installation, and a comprehensive warranty. For more details, visit the Coolfix website or download the mobile app, available now on the Apple App Store and launching on the Google Play Store in July.

Launch Promotion

As a special launch promotion, the first 1,000 customers to download and register as Coolfix members will receive a free $100 voucher, which can be used to offset air conditioning service costs booked via the app. This offer is valid until December 31, 2024.
