The UEFA Champions League final kicked off at London’s iconic Wembley Stadium. As the Official Global Partner of this premier football event, OPPO showcased its flagship smartphone, the OPPO Find X7 Ultra, capturing unforgettable moments from the match and celebrating the crowning of the 2024 UEFA Champions League winners.
The OPPO Find X7 Ultra, with its advanced imaging capabilities, allowed fans to capture and relive true-to-life moments from the game. To share these special memories with the world, OPPO displayed user photos taken on OPPO smartphones during the match on the big screen inside Wembley Stadium. These photos were selected from the OPPO imagine IF Photography Awards’ “What A Shot” category, highlighting the power of OPPO’s technology.
Adding to the excitement, OPPO’s global brand ambassador Kaká joined fans in the exclusive OPPO Hospitality Lounge. Alongside a full program of activities, fans enjoyed a meet and greet with the football legend and a special magician performance. The OPPO Booth at Potters Field Park near Tower Bridge also brought the UEFA Champions League experience to life for fans unable to attend the match.
This year, OPPO’s Hospitality Lounge at the Champions Village featured even more interactive activities for fans. Guests could immerse themselves in the vibrant atmosphere of the world’s top football competition, explore OPPO x UEFA Themed Spaces, and try out the latest OPPO technology, including a range of smartphones and smart devices. At the OPPO x UEFA Imaging Zone, guests marveled at stunning close-up shots of this year’s competition, captured by UEFA Champions League photographers using the Find series smartphones.
The experiential OPPO Booth at Potters Field Park continued to buzz with activity as part of the UEFA Champions Festival. Fans could take pictures on replica team benches of the finalists, Borussia Dortmund and Real Madrid, using the OPPO Find X7 Ultra. Additionally, they had the opportunity to test the new OPPO Reno11 F 5G and its generative AI photo editing tool, OPPO AI Eraser.
In the lead-up to the final, OPPO and the UEFA Champions League hosted a charity football match on May 30 in London. Indonesian players faced off against legendary football stars Kaká, Roberto Carlos, Clarence Seedorf, and Robert Pirès. Post-match, all players signed their jerseys, which were auctioned alongside a special jersey signed by all the legendary and Indonesian players. Proceeds from the auction will support the development of youth football in Indonesia.
This charity match not only celebrated the shared passion for football but also highlighted OPPO’s commitment to sports philanthropy. Through initiatives like these, OPPO aims to inspire and empower young football players, providing them with the resources and support they need to pursue their dreams.
