Sip, Savour, Repeat: Sake Meguri Returns with Finest Sake Delights

“Okaeri” Sake Meguri! Get ready to raise your glasses and say “Kanpai” as Sake Meguri, Singapore’s premier sake event, makes its highly anticipated return on July 27, 2024. Hosted at Singapore Expo Foyer 1, Level 2 (Peridot 201-203), this year’s event promises to be bigger, better, and more spirited than ever, with an expected attendance of up to 800 sake enthusiasts.

Sake Appreciation Soars

With the global rise in sake appreciation, Singapore has become a hotspot for sake lovers, ranking as the sixth-largest importer of Japanese sake in 2023. Sake Meguri, organized by Sake.sg, will feature over 200 premium sake labels from 18 renowned Japanese breweries, alongside Sake.sg’s extensive range of premium sake. From 12 PM to 5 PM, attendees can sip, savour, and discover their new favourite sake at the Grand Tasting.

A Premium Tasting Experience

The event promises an unparalleled tasting experience, showcasing exclusive and seasonal sakes from famous brands like Kirishima Shuzo, Choya Umeshu, Hakkaisan Brewery, Kitaya, and Nambu Shuzojo. Additionally, award-winning sakes from the Singapore Sake Challenge, including those from Nanbu Bijin, Hatsumomidi, Miyasaka Brewing, and Katoukichibee Shouten, will be available for tasting, offering attendees a chance to explore the rich flavours of these meticulously crafted sakes.

Meet the Sake Masters

Rooted in Japanese culture, sake is a drink steeped in tradition and craftsmanship. Sake Meguri provides a unique opportunity to experience this heritage firsthand, without traveling to Japan’s sake regions like Kansai, Chubu, and Kanto. Renowned sake masters will be flying in from Japan to share their wisdom and deepen attendees’ appreciation for sake. These masters, with years of dedication and meticulous practice, will offer insights into the history, craftsmanship, and ideal food pairings of sake.

Exclusive Deals and Offers

Take advantage of exclusive ‘Star Buy’ promotions with up to 60% off on a curated selection of sake products and special discounts on all sake products at the event.
