All transactions are securely handled through the giga! app, ensuring customer data protection.
From now until June 30, 2024, existing customers on giga!’s $18.33, $20.37, and $25.45 plans will be automatically upgraded to the new 5G eSIM plans. These customers can exchange their old SIM cards for eSIMs at no cost (normally $1). After this period, new customers will be charged $1 for an eSIM or $2.04 for the delivery of a physical 5G SIM card.
