Sony Singapore has unveiled its latest initiative to enhance customer experience with the introduction of the Premium Care program. Designed to provide added value and peace of mind, the Premium Care program offers exclusive benefits to owners of select Sony personal audio products, cameras, and lenses.
With prices starting from just $49 for headphones and $199 for cameras and lenses, the Premium Care program aims to extend the ownership journey by offering an additional 12-month warranty on top of the default 15-month warranty. This means that customers can enjoy a total warranty period of 27 months, providing an extra layer of protection for their cherished Sony devices.
In addition to the extended warranty, Sony camera and lens owners enrolled in the Premium Care program are entitled to a range of exclusive services, including a one-time comprehensive cleaning and maintenance check, sensor cleaning services twice during the warranty period, and a generous 20% discount on servicing parts outside of warranty coverage.
Customers have the flexibility to purchase the Premium Care package either as a bundled option with their new Sony product at any Sony store or to add it to their purchase within 30 days of the initial product acquisition.
To qualify for Premium Care benefits, customers must be enrolled in the My Sony Rewards program and register the warranty for their product within 14 days of the main unit’s purchase.
