OWNDAYS Unveils Limited-Edition Principality of Zeon Eyewear Collection

Popular Japanese eyewear brand, OWNDAYS, today announces its latest collection in collaboration with the iconic Mobile Suit Gundam universe – the limited-edition Principality of Zeon x OWNDAYS collection.

Building on the success of a previous partnership with the Mobile Suit Gundam series, OWNDAYS reconnects with the franchise to bring to life a collection inspired by the Principality of Zeon, one of the key nations in the anime series. The new collection draws upon the series’ rich narrative, distinctive characters, and futuristic design, promising to appeal to long-time fans and new audiences alike.

The collection includes eyewear pieces that embody the spirit of the anime, with designs inspired by the series’ mobile suits. Each item in the collection is designed with great attention to detail, reflecting the aesthetic and symbolism of the Principality of Zeon’s military forces. Collection highlights include:

Zeon Exclusive Spectacles

Available in red and khaki, these frames combine metal and other materials, featuring motifs inspired by the lapel pins of the Principality of Zeon Armed Forces. Priced at S$198, they come with standard high-index aspheric lenses.

Zeon Exclusive Sunglasses

Designed for the aesthetic of mobile suit pilots, these are available in khaki and red, made from lightweight stainless steel with flexible rubber temple tips, priced at S$78.

Zeon Exclusive Spectacle Case

This luxury spectacle case features the emblem of the Principality of Zeon on black faux-leather, included with every purchase of spectacles or sunglasses from the collection.

Exclusive Zaku Head Case

In addition to the eyewear, the collection features the Zaku Head Case, a highly exclusive eyewear case modeled after Char’s custom MS-06S Zaku II, complete with a detachable blade antenna and a light-up monoeye with activation sound effects, retailing at S$498. We love the mechanics of the case when you open and close it, from the magnetic blade to the robotic growling sound. Fans and kids would absolutely love this.
