Founded by Svitlana Dabizha, affectionately known as Lana, Spirit Stretch invites students to transcend the confines of traditional yoga studios and journey to different worlds through 360° projections of enchanting naturescapes, bustling cities, and star-studded galaxies. With a vision to redefine the yoga experience, Spirit Stretch introduces innovative classes like Yoga Sculpt and Gyroflow, alongside traditional favorites like Hatha and Therapeutic Yoga.

Helming Spirit Stretch is Lana, whose personal journey from Ukraine to Singapore inspired her to create a space where yoga is accessible to all.
