Gourmet Trails Presents Taste The World Dining Series: A Culinary Journey Through Cultures

Prepare your palate for a month-long gastronomic adventure as Gourmet Trails introduces the inaugural Taste The World dining series, set to take place from May 4th to May 26th, 2024. This exciting festival, brought to you in collaboration with a consortium of gourmet restaurants and celebrity chefs, promises to be a celebration of global flavors and culinary excellence like never before.

Taste The World is more than just a dining experience; it’s a celebration of cultural diversity and unity through the universal language of food. With a shared mission to promote understanding and solidarity, Gourmet Trails has partnered with some of Singapore’s most esteemed establishments to showcase the richness of world cuisines.

Leading the charge is an exclusive opening day event, “Dialogue Over A Lunch Journey,” featuring Michelin-starred Chef Ivan Brehm of Nouri and Appetite, alongside Gourmet Trails founder Pamela Tan. This intimate gathering on May 4th, 2024, promises an enriching culinary dialogue paired with a sumptuous multi-course meal ($300 per person).

Throughout the festival, attendees can embark on a culinary voyage through continents, beginning with an unorthodox exploration of Japanese cuisine at Hashida, led by celebrity chef Kenjiro ‘Hatch’ Hashida. Delve into modern Irish cuisine at CURE with Michelin-starred chef Andrew Walsh, or savor the vibrant flavors of Peruvian and Mexican cuisine at Canchita.

Other highlights include a specially curated wine dinner at ESQUINA, an immersive Lebanese dining experience at UMMI Beirut, and modern Korean flavors at ANJU.

Tickets for Taste The World range from 0 to 0, offering a diverse range of dining experiences from gourmet casual to fine dining. Proceeds from the event will support the United Nations World Food Programme, making every bite count towards a greater cause.
