Spearheaded by the acclaimed chef, restaurateur, and author Josh Niland, the new FYSH Roast menu promises a communal celebration of seafood and succulent roasts, redefining the concept of Sunday dining.
Priced from S$108++ per person and available exclusively for lunch every Sunday, the FYSH Roast menu showcases Niland’s innovative approach to seafood, with an array of ocean-fresh catches, delectable roasts, and vibrant greens. Guests can embark on a culinary adventure with the FYSH Trolley, where daily cuts and desserts are presented for their selection, adding an interactive element to the dining experience.
More than just a fish restaurant, FYSH represents Niland’s culinary vision beyond Sydney, Australia, offering a reinterpretation of the traditional steakhouse. The menu features a harmonious blend of innovative fish, seafood, and meat dishes, many of which are prepared over a charcoal Josper grill. While seafood takes center stage, land-based proteins and vegetables are given equal attention, reflecting Niland’s commitment to culinary excellence.
Designed for sharing, the FYSH Roast menu encourages guests to connect over an indulgent feast. Starters such as Swordfish Empanadas with Roast Garlic Yoghurt and Charcoal Grilled Slipper Lobster set the stage for the main course, which includes individual portions and sharing options.
