From April 10 to 14, 2024, Singaporeans will have the unique opportunity to savor a 9-course set menu crafted by renowned Suzhou chefs Lin Zhongkun and Zhang Yu. Priced at $280++ per person, this culinary journey will unfold at TungLok Signatures, nestled within Orchard Rendezvous Hotel.
The meticulously curated menu promises to tantalize taste buds with authentic Suzhou Spring delicacies reimagined for modern palates. Each dish is a testament to Suzhou’s culinary prowess, showcasing seasonal produce prepared with exquisite cooking techniques and knife skills.
Adding to the cultural immersion, diners will be treated to a special Suzhou Pingtan performance by the award-winning duo Xie Lan and Lu Jiaqi. From April 11 to 13, the enchanting melodies and storytelling of Suzhou Pingtan will fill the air from 8 pm to 8:30 pm, enhancing the dining experience with an authentic taste of Suzhou’s performing arts heritage.
