[Peking Duck Promotion] Indulge in Unlimited Peking Duck Servings at Si Chuan Dou Hua, Top of UOB Plaza, from just $98 per pax

Prepare to tantalise your taste buds with a culinary sensation from Si Chuan Dou Hua that’s making a grand return by popular demand, exclusively at their Top of UOB Plaza outlet. From 1 March to 30 April, 2024, Si Chuan Dou Hua invites you to embark on an exquisite gastronomic journey featuring the epitome of Peking duck abundance.

Priced from just $98++ to $148++ per person, the specially curated set menus promise to delight on both quality and quantity. Each menu showcases meticulous craftsmanship by the culinary team, expertly pairing Peking Duck with a full suite of Sichuan cuisine.

First established in 1996, Si Chuan Dou Hua is largely acknowledged as the pioneer of authentic Sichuan cuisine in Singapore, well known for their range of traditional Sichuan specialties.

We were invited for a dinner tasting and these were the items we sampled from the dinner menu:

Made in Singapore Sachi Soy Wine
Trio Combination of Appetizer (Glutinous Rice Dumpling in Hong Kong Style, Chilled Noodles with Konbu, Deep-fried Prawn with Wasabi)
Double-boiled Chicken Soup with Abalone and Ginseng Roots
Boiled Duck Soup with Salted Vegetables and Bean Curd
Deep Fried Soon Hock in Superior Soy Sauce
Boiled Slice Fish in Sichuan Pepper Sauce
Roasted Peking Duck (Self Wrapped and Unlimited Servings)
Rice Noodles Soup with Shredded Duck Meat and Preserved Vegetables
Braised Rice with Diced Duck Meat and Dried Scallop
Sichuan Cold Ice Jelly

The items we sampled were from the Set Menu A ($98 per pax) and B ($128 per pax, paired with a glass of Sachi Soy Wine). The former features 6 courses while the latter features 7 courses, with an additional vegetable dish.

If you love the mix of sweet, spicy and sour flavours assorted with Sichuan cuisine, go for Menu A which features a range of traditional Sichuan dishes.

For those who opt for Menu B, the dining experience is elevated with a choice of Sachi Soy Wine Original or Peach & Oolong, the world’s first soy wine brand sustainably produced in Singapore.

The highlight is obviously the unlimited servings of Si Chuan Dou Hua’s signature Peking duck. At this price, it is a steal as you usually can only purchase one Peking duck for around $100 at most Chinese restaurants in Singapore, without any additional food items.

For Peking duck lovers, you do not want to miss this limited-time promotion!
