In a groundbreaking move that blends education with entertainment, JBL, a pioneer in audio technology, has unveiled the JBL Quantum Game Theory program. This innovative initiative is set to redefine the educational landscape by leveraging gaming technology to engage students like never before.
JBL Quantum Game Theory breaks new ground by seamlessly integrating gaming elements into educational content, creating an immersive learning experience for students. Partnering with ITE College East’s Faculty of IT for the second time, JBL collaborated with Garena, a leading Singapore-based game publisher, to incorporate curriculum elements into the popular multiplayer game, Call of Duty: Mobile.
Students participating in JBL Quantum Game Theory embark on gamified learning modules, completing missions, facing challenges, and earning in-game achievements. To further enhance the excitement, JBL has created an esports arena on campus, featuring gaming setups, audience seating, and live gameplay broadcasted on a large screen.
As an added incentive, students receive a QUANTUM PASS, unlocking special discounts on JBL gear and exclusive in-game perks for Call of Duty: Mobile. This initiative not only enhances learning engagement but also fosters a sense of community and camaraderie among students.
Following the successful implementation of JBL Quantum Game Theory, feedback from students has been overwhelmingly positive. An impressive 86% of participants reported high engagement, with 85% stating that the program made learning fun and interesting. Encouraged by this response, JBL plans to expand the program to more tertiary institutions in Singapore in 2024, with future plans to launch in Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
With its innovative approach, JBL Quantum Game Theory is at the forefront of transforming education through gamification. By merging the worlds of education and entertainment, JBL is pioneering a new era of learning that promises to engage, inspire, and empower students like never before.
