Fourgather: A Taste of Thailand Comes to Telok Ayer

Welcome to Fourgather, where the flavors of Thailand meet the vibrant streets of Telok Ayer! Nestled within the historic Amoy Hotel, Fourgather promises an immersive experience in Thai cuisine, art, and music, creating a haven for foodies and culture enthusiasts alike.

Born from the success of their home-based food delivery service, Arai Gor Mee, Fourgather is the brainchild of four friends who sought to bring the authentic tastes of Thai street food to Singapore. Faced with travel restrictions during the pandemic, they decided to fill the gap in the local dining scene by opening their own restaurant.

A Fusion of Cultures and Spaces

Stepping into Fourgather is like stepping into the heart of Bangkok itself. Spanning over 2,200 square feet, the restaurant seamlessly blends the heritage of Amoy Hotel with the eclectic charm of Thailand. Vibrant interiors, sourced directly from Thailand, adorn the dining hall and lounge, creating an atmosphere that transports diners to the bustling streets of Bangkok.

A Culinary Journey

Led by Thai Head Chef Consultant, May Chaya, Fourgather’s menu boasts a diverse selection of Thai delicacies. From comforting soups and refreshing salads to aromatic curries and signature dishes like the Fried Fish Miang and Moo Koop Foon, every bite is a journey through the streets of Thailand. And let’s not forget the house-made sauces, each crafted to perfection to elevate your dining experience.

A Grand Opening Celebration

To celebrate its official opening, Fourgather is offering an exclusive promotion on February 19 and 20, 2024. With every purchase, diners can enjoy a complimentary drink, choosing from Thai Chrysanthemum, Thai Milk Tea, or Lemongrass. It’s the perfect opportunity to gather your friends and family and embark on a culinary adventure through Thailand.

Conveniently located at 76 Telok Ayer Street, #01-02, within Amoy Hotel, Fourgather invites you to indulge in the flavors of Thailand. Open Monday to Saturday, from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm and 5:30 pm to 11:30 pm, it’s time to discover your new favorite Thai spot in town.
