[Review] Halal CNY Buffet Feast at J65 at JEN Singapore Tanglin by Shangri-La from S$68 per pax: A Seafood Lover’s Delight

If you are looking for a halal establishment for a CNY feast to be enjoyed together with Muslim family and friends, J65 at JEN Singapore Tanglin by Shangri-La has a slew of hearty seafood buffet options that will be perfect for the occasion.

For this CNY, dive into the indulgent Prosperity Buffet at J65 and be treated to an unparalleled seafood experience. Asher and I were recently invited for a weekend dinner tasting and we found the buffet to be exceptional value for money. These were some of the items we enjoyed from the buffet line:

The highlight of the Prosperity Buffet is the abundance of premium seafood, including free-flow lobsters, crabs, and various other delicacies that are sure to tantalise the taste buds of seafood enthusiasts. From succulent lobsters to meticulously prepared prawn and crab dishes, it is seafood overload at J65. We particularly enjoyed the freshly grilled butter prawns at the live grill station and the wok-fried chili crayfish.

With prices from just S$68 per pax for the lunch buffet and S$88 per pax for the dinner buffet, it is a real steal for seafood lovers. Just a serving of one Boston lobster would probably cost around the same in some ala carte restaurants.

Boasting a halal-certified status, J65 also ensures that our Muslim friends can join in the celebration and savour the flavours together without hesitation.

In addition to the seafood extravaganza, J65 presents an enticing lineup of CNY delights, featuring traditional favourites such as a DIY Yusheng station, Braised Duck with Mushroom and Chestnut, Durian Pengat and Double-boiled Herbal Chicken Soup.
