Known for its diverse cultural calendar, world-class chef residencies, and electrifying music programming, Mandala Club offers a distinctive dimension to this year’s Niseko experience. Since its inception in December 2023, the pop-up club has played host to an array of collaborators, including powerhouse DJ Rich Medina and international sensation DJ Yuuki Yoshiyama.

POPI’S

On the upper floor of the club, POPI’S, named after Mandala Club’s flagship restaurant in Singapore, presents a special Lunar New Year and Valentine’s Day menu from February 10th to 14th. Led by Malaysian Australian Chef Esca Khoo and his team, the Chef’s Specials showcase a fusion of flavors, featuring Hokkaido oysters with ikura, sashimi carpaccio, and crumbed makkari pork schnitzel. Guests can indulge in set lunch and dinner experiences starting from ¥12,500++ per person.

SNOW PARLOUR

Meanwhile, downstairs at the SNOW PARLOUR, guests can groove to live DJ sets by DJ Candice B on Lunar New Year weekend, February 10th and 11th, as part of the ‘SNOW PARLOUR SESSIONS.’ These sessions, held every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night, promise a dose of good times amidst Japanese-inspired cocktails and spirits.

For guests staying beyond Lunar New Year weekend, a culinary pop-up awaits with world-renowned restaurateur George Calombaris from February 15th to 17th. Diners can indulge in a four-course meal featuring kingfish nigiri, wagyu beef souva, and slow-roasted Hokkaido lamb, priced from ¥20,000++ per person.

As part of the club’s weekly programming, guests can also look forward to a guest shift with celebrated cocktails and spirits specialist Holly Graham on March 17th. Holly, founder of Tokyo Confidential and Managing Editor of DRiNK Magazine, will curate an evening of exceptional libations at SNOW PARLOUR.
