Vietjet Expands Its Presence in Taiwan with Daily Phu Quoc – Taipei Service

In a move set to enhance travel and economic ties between Vietnam and Taiwan, Vietjet has launched daily flights connecting the pristine Phu Quoc island to Taipei, Taiwan’s bustling economic hub. The inaugural flights marked a cheerful milestone for Vietjet’s Vietnam – Taiwan flight network, now featuring a total of eight routes.

Daily Flights for Enhanced Connectivity

The daily return flights from Phu Quoc to Taipei, and vice versa, aim to create more opportunities for tourism and trade development between the two regions. The flights from Phu Quoc to Taipei depart at 8:25, landing at 13:00 local time, while flights from Taipei to Phu Quoc take off at 14:00, arriving at 16:50 local time.

Exploring Phu Quoc – A Tropical Paradise

Phu Quoc, known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and picturesque sunsets, has become a beloved destination for both domestic and international tourists. The famous coastal city in southern Vietnam offers an array of outdoor activities and landmarks such as Hon Thom Nature Park, Sao Beach, Bai Truong beach, and Kiss Bridge Phu Quoc. Moreover, foreign travelers visiting Phu Quoc can enjoy a visa exemption scheme for a stay of up to 30 days.

Grand Ticket Promotion to Celebrate the New Route

To celebrate the launch of the Phu Quoc – Taipei service, Vietjet is offering a grand ticket promotion for all international routes. Fares as low as USD0 (excluding tax and fees) are available every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday until February 10, 2024. Travel enthusiasts can secure these promotional tickets on the official website or via the Vietjet Air mobile app. The promotional period covers flights from now until December 31, 2024 (excluding public holidays and peak times).

Extensive Flight Network for Seamless Connectivity

Vietjet’s flight network connects Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi to Taipei, Kaohsiung, and Taichung, along with services from Can Tho to Taipei and Taipei to Phu Quoc. This expansive network facilitates international travelers from Taiwan to explore Southeast Asia (Jakarta, Bali, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Bangkok, Vientiane, Siem Reap), Australia, India, Kazakhstan, and other Asia Pacific destinations.
