‘Tis the season for joy and generosity, and Starbucks Singapore is thrilled to mark its 20th Christmas Open House on 7 December 2023, from 5 pm to 7 pm across all Starbucks stores islandwide. Beyond the festive cheer, this year’s celebration is extra special as Starbucks continues its legacy of giving back to the community.
For two decades, Starbucks has stood by its commitment to community service. This year, in partnership with The Salvation Army, Starbucks invites you to join in the spirit of giving. All proceeds from the Christmas Open House will directly contribute to mental wellness programs for the elderly, children, youth, and migrant workers in Singapore. These programs offer crucial services such as counseling and therapies, making a positive impact on the mental health of those in need.
In addition to the Christmas Open House, Starbucks actively supports mental wellness through the Starbucks Foundation Grant project. The initiative focuses on The Salvation Army’s FireFLY program, aiming to strengthen self-esteem and empower youth who have experienced trauma. Starbucks remains committed to fostering resilience and positive community impact through these essential resources.
Starbucks doesn’t just limit its support to the holiday season. Throughout the year, the company actively promotes mental health awareness and support. Collaborative efforts with the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) encouraged customers to prioritize mental well-being on World Mental Health Day. Starbucks recognizes the importance of employee mental health and has enhanced benefits, providing extended medical support that includes coverage for psychological and psychiatric care. Last year, 198 managers received training in psychological first aid skills, and this initiative will continue, integrating into the official manager training program in 2024.
Please note that this offer is exclusively available for in-store purchases, with a limit of 2 drink orders per customer. Join Starbucks in spreading the joy of Christmas and contributing to meaningful initiatives that make a real difference in the community.
