Pearl FALCO: Elevate Your Style with Sustainable Luxury and Festive Elegance

Step into the world of timeless elegance as Pearl FALCO, the custodians of cultured Akoya Pearls, proudly unveils its inaugural retail store in Downtown Gallery Singapore. Since 1985, the Makito family, hailing from Ise Shima, Japan, has been dedicated to the artistry of cultured Akoya Pearls, making Pearl FALCO the first and only company from Ise Shima to bring these treasures to Singapore.

After establishing its Singapore office in 2015 and launching an exclusive River Valley Gallery in 2019, Pearl FALCO is now opening its doors to walk-in visitors in Downtown Gallery. No more prior appointments – everyone can now explore and admire the classic beauty of Akoya Pearls at their leisure.

Festive Collection Unveiled

Just in time for the festive season, Pearl FALCO introduces five opulent additions to its Festive Collection: Signature Wedding, Shizuku, Festive Classic, Festive Irodori, and Festive Variety. Each piece transcends traditional jewelry, embodying a statement of timeless love and joy. With designs catering to all ages, the Festive Collection merges luxury with the spirit of giving.

Luxury with a Mission

Beyond the glamour of pearls, Pearl FALCO is on a mission to address the challenges faced by the pearl farming industry due to climate change. Rising ocean temperatures and extreme weather events have taken a toll on Akoya pearl oysters. In response, Pearl FALCO launches “The PEARL Plant-A-Tree Project,” a crowdfunding initiative aimed at planting trees, engaging in reforestation, and mitigating climate change.

Sustainable Practices

Every facet of Pearl FALCO’s operations is geared toward sustainability. Non-jewelry quality pearls, oyster shells, and oyster flesh find purpose in various goods, from medicines and cosmetics to clothing and fertilizers. The commitment to sustainability goes beyond jewelry, even extending to Pearl Green Tea.

Knowledge Sharing through Workshops

Maiko Makito’s deep love for pearls and the industry is evident in Pearl FALCO’s commitment to knowledge sharing. Pearl Appreciation Workshops offer an opportunity to delve into the history, agriculture background, and long-term sustainability efforts. For a more exclusive experience, the Private Pearl Soirée allows guests to craft their own luxury pearl jewelry while immersing themselves in the finest pearls and accessories.
