“100 Bites of Singapore” showcases four carefully selected restaurants from Accor’s diverse portfolio, each offering a unique sustainable dining experience rooted in Singapore’s multicultural hawker and local culinary traditions. Immerse yourself in the vibrant history of Singapore as holographic virtual host Allie guides you through the cultural significance and sustainable origins of each bite.
Embracing diversity while minimizing waste, each menu in the “100 Bites” program includes a minimum of 60% locally-sourced or sustainably produced ingredients. Through the universal language of food, the initiative aims to engage both new and returning visitors to Singapore, inviting them to savor the rich tapestry of flavors and traditions the city has to offer.
