Truffle Extravaganza at Eggslut Singapore with Limited-Time Truffle-inspired Menu

Fast casual F&B brand, Eggslut recently launched it’s limited-time truffle-inspired menu, available from 17 October to 31 December.

Founded in 2011, Eggslut is a chef-driven, gourmet food concept inspired by a true love for eggs. Its menu is a balance of comfort and innovation, celebrating food that appeals to both novice and extreme foodies through classic comfort fare with a twist, all-encompassing eggs as a key ingredient.

Prepare to embark on a gastronomic journey with the Truffle Gaucho Sandwich ($18), featuring truffle-infused, cage-free soft scrambled eggs, seared wagyu tri-tip steak, and a layer of fresh arugula, all nestled within the warm embrace of a buttery brioche bun.

For something lighter and meat-free, try the Truffle Sandwich ($14) which combines the creamy goodness of truffle-infused, cage-free soft scrambled eggs with a luscious truffle mushroom ragout. Topped with a crown of arugula and cradled in a warm brioche bun, it’s a harmonious blend of textures and flavours, perfect for vegetarians.

To complete the truffle trio, add on the Truffle Slut ($11). A coddled cage-free egg sits atop a bed of mushrooms and house-made potato purée, cocooned within a glass jar. Slow-cooked to perfection and adorned with a generous helping of truffle mix and chives, this dish is served alongside slices of crusty baguette.

Alternatively, you can also add on a Truffle Salad or a Truffle Hashbrowns as a side to have a complete meal full of truffle-inspired items.
