Morton’s The Steakhouse, a renowned name in the American steakhouse dining experience, is making a grand return to Singapore with an array of innovative cocktails and delectable additions to its menu. For the past 25 years, Morton’s has remained the go-to destination for upscale dining and unparalleled hospitality. It is one of our favourite go-to places for quality steaks and we are glad they are back again, this time, with a refreshed menu.
For those looking to unwind in style, the Bar at Morton’s is introducing a series of Power Hour cocktails, including Mezcalrita, Old Square, and Pineapple Paradise, each priced at $19++ and available from 5 pm to 7 pm on Mondays to Fridays.
Additionally, the newly crafted Cocktail Reserve selections, such as Margarita Millionaria and Gold Fashioned, are priced at $49++ each. A range of non-alcoholic cocktails, like Honey Ginger Mule, Orchard Season, and Strawberry Coconut Coupe, are available at $12++.
Morton’s Mixology presents an in-house selection that features Bourbon Old Fashioned, Blackberry Mojito, Raspberry Fizz, Torino Tonic, Watermelon Crush, Passion Margarita, Guava Sidecar, Summer Sangria, The Mortini, Apple Snap, Lavender Cosmo, and Lemon Drop, each priced at $29++.
To cap off a memorable dining experience, Morton’s offers after-dinner drinks, including the delicious Affogato, Key Lime Pie Mortini, and B.A.N.A.N.A.S., all priced at $29++.
Morton’s, famous for its premium steaks and succulent seafood, is expanding its menu with an enticing range of offerings, including Baked Corn Souffle ($25++), Grilled Oyster Casino ($49++), Japanese A5 Wagyu New York Strip ($150++), Tomahawk Ribeye ($298++), Double-Cut Rib Lamb Chops ($118++), Miso Marinated Sea Bass ($78++), Maine Lobster Ravioli ($55++/$80++), and mouthwatering desserts like Hazelnut & Chocolate Mousse ($27++).
We were invited to a dinner tasting and as always, the steaks were grilled to perfection and impeccable. They are so good that you can eat them on their own, without any additional sauce or seasoning to taste the natural goodness of the quality ingredient used.
Just look at the beautiful pink interior, with the lightly charred exterior:
Aside from the steaks, the lamb chops and sea bass were just as amazing and worth trying if you are looking for an alternative to steaks, especially for the Morton’s regulars.
Morton’s is now back in town at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel and is open for dinner services from Monday to Sunday, with lunch available on Sunday.
In honour of Breast Cancer Awareness Month and as a reopening promotion, Morton’s introduces the Pink Love cocktail, available for $25++ throughout the month of October. For every glass of Pink Love sold, $1 will be donated to the Breast Cancer Foundation of Singapore.
